Win didn't count

I just won a greedier run with the lost and it doesn't show in character select. I mean wtf I'm salty as ♥♥♥♥ right know, somebody please tell me it's just a visual glitch.

Tell me you didn't use any seed.
Or any active mod from the mod menu (Afterbirth+).
If you did any of those, well... Don't. They prevent progress, nothing wrong with that.

What could have happen too: you got revived as another character. Judas' Shadow revives you as Judas, Ankh as ???, Lazarus' Rags as Lazarus... So the win is for those, not for the Lost. Of course, if you already had the unlock, you basically did nothing.

I haven't installed a single mod yet, I want to 100% the game first :(.

Did you had mods enabled? Did you played a seeded run?

Either of those will disable achievements and progression. If you got the achievement and Dad's Lost Coin is unlocked, it's likely a visual bug on the post-it. In that case, you'd only have to do it again, if you don't unlock the achievement for doing every Lost stuff on hardmode.

Ohhh ok I know what might have happened, I grab Juda's Shadow and 1UP and I died 1 time. maybe Juda's Shadow have priority? I couldn't see the character because I had tons of familiars around me

1Up! should take priority. If you didn't have any black hearts, you were still playing as The Lost.

Are you sure you did Greedier and not just Greed Mode?

similar problem, started a new file and no progress gets done. No Mods, no seeds, clean fresh install :(

same problem... completed dellirium, mega-satan and hush... and they didn't count! COOL!

Delete the saves in your remote folder (in Prog files/Steam), fire up the game and let it rebuild the cache.

Make backups if you're paranoid. This fixed my issue with completion markers not registering or wins counting.
