jacob's ladder and technology items should synergize.
when the tech laser hits something it splits off at two random angles.

this is a pretty huge missed opportunity for a synergy, i had it earlier and jacob's ladder never procs at all, what a shame.

Rip, jacobs ladder is already op enough with high tear rate builds (makes soy milk really viable)
