Uncheck the box in your game library (binding of isaac rebirth, DLC).
At your library, click on The binding of Isaac: Rebirth and on the right side should be a DLC box, where you can un-check individual pieces of DLC.
Note, that Rebirth, AB and AB+ saves are stored spererately.
The whole point and idea behind AB+ is Edmund and Nicalis handing over the game to the community.
AB+ actually has been quite and mostly fixed now, there are just some major concerns which are mostly optional.
-Telefrag Delirium
-Explosion reliant Ultra Greed
-Seemingly forced teleports to the Void
-like one still buggy achievement
-and well, mod support/depth may be indeed be better, this does not entail mods enabling achievements for it should be obvious that they should not by default while technically booster packs are already some kind of approval system
Only one of them is what you experience even if you do not want to, The Void spawning under thee but welp, OP should feel free to tell how otherwise AB+ results in a worse experience.
There's even Afterbirth and some Rebirth stuff not working as intended still.
All these cool rooms Edmund designed in the game files, but unable to be generated due to a bug, makes me sad.
Well, at least entity stacking is fixed now. That should spice some runs up a notch.
