There's only one item that can break Keeper's health cap (Greed's Gullet), there's only two items that can make Devil Deals free (Credit Card and Diplopia, and Diplopia requires giving up Wooden Nickel), and why would you ever want to get in close quarters with Keeper.
You'd go in close quarters as Keepers for the reasons I've... given? Because else, he'll completely lack DPS.
You throw away your ability to get Angel Deals for one one-heart Deal? No. Only one-heart deal that would be worth it is 9 Lives, and you don't need to Strength for that.
Still likely not worth it, because you'd need another waiting HP upgrade, and you're still throwing away your ability to get Angel Deals for the rest of the run.
SP is so common, it's practically a must-have for Keeper.
That's incredibly disingenious.
