An item that takes 6 rooms to charge and gives items?
Inb4 using void and gets crooked Penny so all hell breaks loose
I datamined the items .xml file, here's some stuff i found:

so it's a neutered diplopia, meh.
technology 0 sounds like the main one to be interested in here, ought to be interesting to see how these mix in with the other things though.
When it comes to the actual effect, this is true, but there's one major difference here: Diplopia only works once. This thing has a 6-room recharge. And I'm betting that it is compatitble with Void, too.
It could get pretty loopy when combined with things that generate batteries, for instance. Particularly if you can get those batteries into a devil room or have some other method to recharge in there. And then you can keep using it in other rooms. As a shop item, this thing could more than pay for itself really quickly. Certain trinkets could really work well for this, too.
Now as for me, I"m particularly interested in the Moving Box. That thing could get really interesting with some creative use. Really cool item concept in my opinion.
