I feel the same way but Boss Rush put it as the hardest one.

Surviving Boss Rush as the Lost is likely harder than the Mega Satan fight, but accessing the Mega Satan fight as the Lost is a huge pain in the ass, because going the Angel Room route means you're giving up your free Devil Deals and Sac Room can't work, so you're left hoping for Dad's Key or Get Out Of Jail Free Card to show up.

good list but obviously Delerium is number 1 for those that have the dlc. oddly enough Ultra Greedier is far easier than boss rush or Mega Stan though imo

I did Delirium with the Lost - Then i tried many times to beat Mega Satan, but after that it deleted my completion mark for Delirium, so i got tilted and wrote steam-support, but they couldnt do anything.

Now I beat Delirium again, but this time i lost my Mega-Satan completion mark.

WTF! This is so buggy! I dont want to loose my completion marks over and over again after trying hard and a lot... -.-
