Question about Size stat

Does the size stat do anything besides change Isaac's size?

Any advantages for being bigger, or disadvantages for being smaller?

being bigger gives you a bigger hitbox smaller you get a smaller hitbox

One makes you small decreases the hitbox EVER so slightly.
One makes you larger does absolutely nothing to the hitbox.
