GAME BREAKING *DUCT TAPE* BUG

Okay so I picked up my favourite item in the game, Trinket Smelter, and was stacking up trinket effects as much as humanely possible, and picked up Duct Tape. I thought it was nothing but cosmetic and position altering for your familiars but it completely breaks if you have the item Guillotine!

Because Guillotine turns your head into an orbital familiar, the Duct Tape affects that too. Although your tears still come from your head, not your still body.
When you have the Duct Tape, your tears only fire from the spot where you picked it up. And if you smelted it like me, there's no going back! You have to hope you have some orbitals to deal damage for the rest of your game because your tears are going to be in another dimension for the most part. Trinket Smelter + Duct Tape + Guillotine probably isn't a very common combination to find yourself getting so it's easily understandable that it slipped past the bug testing, hope this helps developers :)

Then you must not understand.
When I tried to shoot my tears were spawning off screen, they'd hit the walls from out of the room and break, it's definitely not intended. The duct tape holds the guillotine head in one spot of the room and that breaks when you leave the room and you can't even shoot
