Basically, it's also a game for kids, but the game also contains some gore - depends on how exaggerative you see the gore in the game, and there might be some sexual references as well - but I doubt that. Overall, I think it's a game for kids, but my opinion isn't expert enough to elaborate on the matter. Let's wait for someone who could elaborate better than me.

My kids watch me play it sometimes. I little boy just laughs at the poop sliding back and forth making farting noises. Young ones are not going to look into the actual details of the game. Older ones maybe but like others have said. A lot worse things out there in the world and the internet.

They're not my kids, but I showed the game to two of my cousins and we played all the through the fifth and sixth levels of the game and they actually find the game funny. They laughed their asses off when the Fatties (fat enemies who farts and pushes you backwards) are farting. So, maybe you'll even find the game laughable.

Good games for kids are playgrounds, woods etc. actually it's not a kids game but on the other hand I'm prett sure most of them won't realise most things like womb, moms pad, bloods other kids etc.
Does Isaac have a restriction considering age of players ?

Even if you define those words precisely, hating someone because of what they enjoy doesn't sound right to me. :-/
