Mom's razor doesn't work against bosses

Tested it against monstro, big horn, little horn, i rammed against them taking damage but nothing. Is it supposed to be like that?

Also metronome is amazing as long as you don't get plan C, every health upgrade is permanent.

you cant use "Bleed" on bosses.
10% of their max hp every 5 seconds? come on man.

I know they can't bleed, but the razor doesn't do damage, like sac dagger or other orbitals, when you got trash damage and a bad rate of fire that razor can make a huge difference. Instead of disabling it altogether they can just make booses immune to the blood drain effect and let us use it as an orbital. They just took the easy way out. I'm a huge fan of orbitals and having that damage from the razor is really helpul.

EDIT: I had 2.11 damage and 18 rate of fire, i was getting by using the razor but the bosses were a huge pain, if i had the damage from the razor(not the bleeding) i would have been fine against them, luckily i got a 6 room on the mom floor.
