Greedier! mode completion now required to unlock Godhead?

I've just completed Mega Satan on hard mode on The Lost which should have been the last thing I needed to unlock the Godhead however it didn't unlock.

Several Isaac wiki sites report that the Godhead is unlocked by "Completing all marks on hard mode on The Lost".

Is this to mean that Greedier! (hard mode greed) is now required to unlock the Godhead even though it was never part of the original requirements?

Would this be a bug or by design?

I don't THINK Greedier Mode is necessary, but Greed Mode is. When Godhead was first added in, completing Greed Mode at all gave you its "Hard" completion mark. If you've got the Hard Mode completion marks for Mom, Mom's Heart, Isaac, Satan, ???, The Lamb, Hush, Greed Mode, and Mega Satan, that should fulfill the original requirements. I would try Greedier Mode next, if that doesn't do it. Delirium shouldn't be necessary.

afaik you need to do everything on hard which would include all new marks

Confirmed. Just beat Greedier! on The Lost and Godhead unlocked.

Just need to go pick it up in a run and I should have The Real Platnum God and 1001% :)

Speaking about Godhead, you wouldn't believe what Chaos is capable of doing. While doing some Victory Laps, I got Godhead on Dark Room and again on my second run on Dark Depths I. I'm just speechless...
