The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Delirium Telefrag
Is there a consistent way to beat delirium?
I'm working on the lost and keeper, but every time I get there, he kills me with teleport bugs.
Like multi-segment bosses stretching across the room and hitting me, or the boss straight-up teleporting on top of me.

One little tip is to try and kill Brownie before this fight, because through some bug it will instantly kill him if it's a certain champion, I believe. Multi-segment bosses also give a wider range of hitbox.

One more thing: Stopwatch is one of the best items.

Finally... Keep moving, don't just stand in place.

I'm just salty lol
I had stopwatch, dead cat, shielded tears, and max tears.
He still telefragged me 9 times :c

I learnt an amazing way today, actually!

Placebo + 48hr energy + One makes you small + Trinity shield. Literally couldn't be hit.

Oh, and for Lost, you should have Holy Mantle.

Well, of course you're gonna get killed because you technically have two hearts with both characters. About the Mom's stomps and getting streched and teleported onto you, I don't really know what to suggest because I think most of the bugs have already been fixed.

But mostly, what A Player. was suggesting is a good build to kill Delirium. I myself had shielded tears with The Lost - which you reminded me, thank you, and I beat the living hell out of him.

you need to break the game m800
saying that delirium requires you to tank a bunch of damage is like saying that ice is cold or fire is hot

I am curious what the fight is like. Sounds really hard. I mean, I got there once and literally killed it in one second on hard so I have no idea what the fight is like. Had a good run I suppose

Delirium is not a "boss". It's meant to end your run and make you salty. The whole thing is basically a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's not an endgame boss, it doesnt even have boss armor. It's just meant to ♥♥♥♥ your run up. Only go there if you get a tech x synergy.

It's not hard if you have a good synergy when you go there. Telirium telefrags you because he isn't programmed to avoid spawning near you, and you cant just stay in one place because of his attacks.

you make it sound impossible without Tech X or some amazing synergy but I (and many others) have beaten him without anything super op. hell one time I beat him with curse of the tower and sad bombs, another time it was just Deaths Touch and a bunch of range and Coal.

I've beaten him on two isaac runs, one with Tech X+Spoon bender failed because of the telefrags pre-nerf. The other one, I had a ♥♥♥♥ ton of tears, mysterious liquid, curse of the tower, and split bombs.

also you should never stay in one place on any boss

I usually stay in one place on The Gate and Mega Maw. The only normal bosses I can really think of where you cant really stay in one place is The Bloat and The Adversary, along with most of the first floor bosses except for Monstro and first floor transcendence/lost flight/azazel flight

you do what you want, just telling you from experience (which I have a little) staying still and expecting a win is a bad habit you'll need to break especially for Azazel or Keeper
ok, I got it
If you close and open a run while on a victory lap it will enable achievements

Delirium is still a broken boss, but there is one more way to get Op and kill him
