Weird secret room location

Hi, now I'm searching my last Item "Greed's Gullet", so I'm trying Isaac run for first room secret room marathon over and over. Then I found this weird or glitched secret room location. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=882775719 This place make no sense to me in my Isaac's career. Is there secret room placement glitch? or something really rare just happen? FYR seed : JRWS D2Q1

There's just no other place for secret room (cause of small rooms). Only with 1 room connection.
Just something rare.

Yesterday I had a regular secret room next to a Curse Room. You had to enter the Curse Room to get access to the secret room. No other rooms were surrounding it. I guess those are just the new super weird maps and room placements of afterbirth+ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i have had one adjacent to the boss room, i dont have the seed but you could enter the boss room with it.

yeah this one is weird. defies all the logic Ive built after 500 hours of playing lol

Just a regular Secret room that didn't have many other places to go since there were no empty map spots between multiple adjacent rooms, where it would normally appear (long hall room was small width, so no horizontal secret rooms there), so the lowest common denominator for adjacent rooms, where it could appear, became one and it chose that one.
