Anyone else hate the head Trauma Challenge?

I've been trying for hours now, and I just can't do it. I either die at mom or die early on. I hardly ever get better items to help, its as bad as solor system, but I find this one worse.

Reset for god tier curse room teleport

Hold R for a Curse room with sin robes/pack/pentagram for an easier start. Or a red chest with a devil deal teleport.

Or hold R until there is a key door next to the spawn room. Inside is a library. Hope for satanic bible carry. If theres 3 books thats also bookworm transformation.

Dice rooms with a 1 or a 6 work wonders as well

1 and 6 dice rooms dont reroll starting items anymore.
The best thing to get- a lump of coal. It gives HUGE damage boost cause your tears stay on screen for realy long time

Just remember with soy milk most damage ups will be super tiny. Succubus can break a lot of challenges wide open by herself, but I don't think she can break this one.

If you find a way theres always breaking a shop or going a Northernlion and red/blue candle carrying the challenge. If your great with orbitals a shop might have potato peeler for a cube of meat. Or if you first floor library is book of revelations you can get a cube of meat that way from the boss.

One item that can carry the run too is lil brimestone from a first floor devil deal.

Try to end each floor with 5 cents so an arcade might spawn on the second floor. Arcades might have demon beggers for devil deal items. If you have red hp left the blood machines can pay out well. Invicibility can be used on both of these too for free plays.
