How Are We Supposed To Get Items Stuck With These Blocks
As above and please see screen shot. I have tried bombing and everything. Nothing works. Please Help.

You have so to use an item which grants flight like holy grail or The Bible. Flight is the only opportunity to reach places like that.

You can get them by using a bomb to throw yourself in, then exit the run and continue to avoid getting stuck in there.

Rarely useful when the reward is a Black Heart, but game changing when it's Holy Mantle.
