Definitely agreeing with this one.
Also, any of the items that only give a range increase. It always seems like the least important stat in Isaac, and for those items they dont do anything else...
Some others:
-Converter, it just doesnt seem to have much of a point. Yay, heart containers that I probably dont need due to soul hearts being everywhere
-We Need To Go Deeper: I cant imagine why I would ever use this.
I think the premise was for speedruns, but honestly it's not worth missing out on boss loot.
Also, like that Ehwaz, I heard it has a chance to open a crawl space instead.
It's basically a win, but it's a boring win.
@Batabii: the shovel does indeed have a chance to open into a Crawl Space/Black Market.
Other than that, yeah its near useless imo.
but yeah, what are the odds of getting both of those in one run?
Yeah... Hutts tried that King + Heart thing... Not as good as it looks on paper. "Oh my Jesus! Do they - Do they go after my heart?!" Note that there were other requirements in this challenge, but still...This does not look useful at all.

I keep hearing people say King Baby might have a very specific use maybe in theory but... I have yet to actually see this in practice. It looks like it should have a use, but as yet literally no one has found that use.
Seems like an item meant for Lilith, really. Drop her train of minions in a specific spot to constantly attack a threat (and actually focus-fire it), while you get out of harm's way. Definitely the sort of quirky item that's going to be very dependant on playstyle, for whether it's useful to the player or not.
Another decent theory but... is it actually good in practice? Sure it would be nice to drop your familiars somewhere like a sentry tower sometimes, but King Baby isn't a sometimes item. Every time you shoot, King Baby stops... and Lilith can't shoot on her own. And the enemies will still chase her, not the King. You would think that KB was designed for Lil, but really, it woud make the game unplayable with her blindfold.
As I said, there are a lot of theories for this item, but I have never heard anyone say, "I did this thing and it worked."
Okay. That's one legit use. Although, it's really more of an incovinience. You can get Dry Baby in front of you easily without the King.
The most boring items would be boring for everyone. Like Linger Bean. It's is just crap, no matter who you play.
