I can't unlock challenge 11 and do the rerun achievement.

Challenge 11 requires both Dr Fetus and Loki's horns. The latter can't be unlocked in Afterbirth+ due to a bug.

Rerun requires you to beat the 3rd victory lap, which means the 4th run in a row (always killing the Lamb and choosing to do a victory lap). It's the first one as the Lost (no holy mantle).

To unlock challenge 11 you need to a) unlock Loki's Horns and b) complete challenge 19. a) is currently bugged, though, so if you don't have the horns yet you are out of luck.

Don't know about the other one. Did you do 3 complete victory laps?

Edit: Nazemec was faster. You need Epic Fetus, though, not Dr. Fetus. At least that's what the Wiki says.

there's a bug? that's why i didn't unlock challenge 11. about the rerun, i only got to the second victory lap, that's why

there's a bug? that's why i didn't unlock challenge 11. about the rerun, i only got to the second victory lap, that's why

Yeah, to unlock Loki's Horns, you have to kill Lokii (as a boss, in its boss room). But somehow, the unlock doesn't trigger anymore with AB+ (as far as I know).

Yeah, this is clearly bugged.
In my game, I unlocked it on a new save (along with other achievements) when I did the Marathon achievement and unlocked the cracked crown. I really have no idea what happened.

Not really out of luck, he still can just uninstall AB+, unlock it in AB and then Alt+F2 the secret into his AB+ save.
