Best way to look for Tonsil (Trinket) ?

I'm missing 2 items on my collection page to finally get my last achievement missing. I'm missing Eden's Soul, which i'll just eventually get by doing Angel runs. I'm also missing Tonsil (Trinket), and I was wondering what should i do to maximize my chance to find it. Not too sure which mechanics are exploitable to farm Trinkets. Any tip would be of great help ! Ty!

I'm doing Eden runs anyway, but honestly how do you even farm Trinkets, is there no way to at least maximize my chances ?

When you find the trinket, don't forget to trigger it s effect to get its familiar. The list requires the tonsil familiar, not the trinket itself.

Edit: Mom's box can spawn trinkets.

greed mode. i just got it today by restarting until the shop had trinkets for sale and bought it. then i played and took damage until the actual tonsil appeared next to isace as a follower and voilla now i have all items i just need the 31 daily crap for 1000000% :P

This time "Eden's Blessing" spawned in one Tresure Room in Blue Womb.
Can't help the other question cause i also looking for "Tonsil"
