Yeah.

I couldn't even get to my Crooked Penny anymore. And everything started wiggling around the room, trying to find a spot, so full was it.

Wh... Bu... How?
How did you manage to get that many copies of items? It looks like there's at least 30 razors there. Imagine if that was 30 damage ups!

crooked penny has 50/50 chance of doubling everything in room or destroying everything in room and leaving a penny, would not take that many uses but avoiding that chance of destruction is no small feat XD

This. Since the machine already got destroyed, and there were many batteries I kinda wanted to keep going, see what was going to happen. I did not really anticipate this :P I mean, I've had tricks before where I could fill the entire room with copies, but not as extreme as this.

Kinda ruined the rest of my run though since I wanted to use Crooked Penny to increase my chance of finding the last few items I still needed for my full collection :(

Nice. There IS actually a way to cheese the game with crooked penny too. Make sure not to pause on the whole floor. Then just get to the room where you want to use it and attempt to reroll.

If it fails: without pausing use task manager to end the Isaac exe and then just start it up again and continue. You'll start at the beginning of the floor. Now go try again.

Once it works once: get another charge, walk in the room where you intend to use it for the 2nd time then exit the game. Pick continue and use it. If it fails, again use task manager without pausing the game manually. End task Isaac, then restart it and use continue. You'll be back in the same spot you last continued from meaning you can now attempt to use the penny again.

Cheesy; but a great way to make more items appear if you are still trying to find them all. :)
