Victory lap, unlock completing marks or no... ?

So... I see friends playing to the victory lap and unlock completing marks, but me, not unlock marks in victory lap.
Anybody have a explain ?

You have to exit to the main menu then continue the run.

I've heard that Delirium is the only boss you can get marks for during Victory Laps, though.

I fact and that changed nothing...

My friend have unlock all marks for Apollyon with the victory lap

I did a victory lap with Apollyon and got a couple completion marks for hard mode. Did a victory lap today as Judas (Judas's shadow) and got no completion marks, normal or hard. Idk if it was the shadow thing or a glitch in my game, I just dont know whats goin on
