help getting Greed's Gullet and Delirious items

sigh. been trying to get gullet in normal runs, no luck. been doing greed mode, farming secrets and angels rooms. nothing. even "broke" greed twice. chaos, endless money, i still didnt freaking get it! (got mega satans head (last item) a while back). too bad i got missing no. item, so it fked with my item pool (was willing to go till the end, was 2/3 items +).
anyway suggestions? kinda tired :C i dont like this items farming to get 100%

Considering how glitchy delirious is in the ultra greed room, and how many times I tried to find it by breaking greed mode and it NEVER appeared I'm ASSUMING at this point it only appears in Angel rooms in the normal game. Where I found it pretty quickly. But I could be wrong there

Use Isaac, get sack head and/or sack of sacks for lots of batteries to have lots of rerolls available. Use sacrifice rooms to get key pieces and to try to get more angel room items to spawn by using them enough (you'll need to use each one 7 times in total). If you get eden's soul use it in an angel room to spawn 2 more angel room items. Look for goat head or better yet Eucharist. Duality helps a lot too. You can also try to find to find restock in a shop, then chaos and then just keep getting enough gold to keep buying items until it potentially appears.

Shouldn't take long using all those techniques. But I wouldn't focus too much on it. You'll go mad from all the retries.

Greed's gullet is a secret room item. Sadly other than same Chaos/restock trick above I don't have any advice there. You COULD keep resetting until you find it by bombing into the secret room on each of the 1st 2 floors. But that could get tedious really fast. Best I can think of is look for the fragmented moon card trinket. You can get it by playing the fortune teller machine or key beggars, devil beggars... basically anything that can drop trinkets. It makes 2 secret rooms appear per floor.

hey, fellow 100%'er. thanks for detailed info. i also kinda think these items appear on normal run only. at least we tried :D good luck us getting those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ last achievs :D

For delerious i would probably restart a normal run as isaac until you have a curse room right at start. Go in, if goathead take it if not restart. Then you just have to hope for angel rooms rather than devil. Taking the 1st key piece if you get an early angel room could be an option to make it more likely you get angel rooms going forward. Also keep judgement and temperance cards and use them in the angel rooms to try and make more pedestal items to reroll. With this tactic any item that drops batteries is really useful too as the angel room wont close when you leave due to goathead.

As for greeds gullet again i would play as isaac, keep any judgement or temperance cards and use them inside the secret rooms and reroll the items. Hopefully you can get lucky and find a couple of the cards on the same floor so you can reroll multiple items. There are also the secret rooms with item reroll machines that can help if your d6 runs out of charge

Esco is right, Delirious does only appear in normal mode angel rooms. Understandable, since Delirious would be extremely OP in Greed Mode.

For Greeds Gullet: play as isaac and look for a beggar card. Use it in the secret room, let the beggar pay out his item and reroll until you get Greeds Gullet.

what about greed mode secret rooms? could be easier to re-roll with batteries n ♥♥♥♥. or does it not spawn in greed/ultra greed modes?

No. Void boss rooms pull items from random pools.

There is another item that may help: crooked penny. You can go to an angel room, grab the item sitting there, bomb the angel, kill it and grab the key piece. You now have 2 empty pedestals in the room. Use your swallowed penny without leavuing the room.48 hr energy will give you more attempts to do it if it works the first time (if it fails the pedestals are removed).

But if it works 2 more angel room items appear. If you get the double angel room statues that means 3 more potential items. Just make sure NOT to activate both angels at once or you get only 1 key piece. If it fails, try again next floor. Same for secret rooms with an item. Grab the item first to make sure you don't lose it then use the crooked penny. If you find Chaos first you can use this on ANY empty item pedestal and you may get lucky.

If you have many Eden Tokens - go to Greed Mode, enable BRTL B0NS seed, and die until you get it.

just got the just stop achievement, delirious was the last item i had to get. my strategy was to play azazel and get any item that allows access to angel rooms, so goat head, eucharist, duality, etc. easiest way is to press R until landing next to a curse room with goat head.
I got teleport 2.0 on the first floor, with which i farmed all devil/angel and i am error rooms, but no delirious appeared, so what i did was i brought blank rune and jera into the angel room on womb 2, which had two pedestals and rerolled like crazy. delirious was the last item in the pool so by the time it showed up (and i had tarot cloth) i was swimming in runes overflowing the room, making the item hard to get so be cautious not to break the game. died to mega satan tho lol.
