adrenaline item too rare?

i have killed dilirium with all characters, done almost every achievement, but i have never seen this item. been trying greed mode for now, hoping to get items to "crash" greed. still, wth

I saw it 2, maybe 3 times or so. It rare but not amazingly so. I saw hutts get it before and him being very unimpressed by the damage buff from it.

You're just being a victim of randomized content. I've seen adrenaline probably like 7 times since I got AB+. Eye of greed and greed's gullet, however, took me some serious grinding to obtain.

In normal runs perhaps.... But it would be still very uncommon and might even retool a greeds gullet that it's waiting for you in an actual Secret room.

Just keep playing and try to visit every secret room.

NL had this issue with the liver back in rebirth and I personally had it with black lotus.. So don't feel bad at all
