¿Dont play ever with mouse?

my normal play mode its mouse ! pls fix this option because i dont play more ISAAC.

It can not be done. (Or it could, but it would be weird/cheating/easy)

Since you can't aim the shots, only shoot either up, down, left or right, the mouse would have to do the same.
There is even an item that allows you to shoot along diagonals (up+right, left+down and so on), which is an upgrade.

Many of the bosses are dependent upon you not being able to aim shots with the mouse - they would be extremely easy if you could.

Ah, nevermind about the cheating then.
Go see if you can find a mod that binds "Directed tears" to mouse movement :P

Epic Fetus and Marked are the only items in the game I can think of where a mouse would be easier than keyboard/controller. But that's two out of... 300 items?

As I remember, the item "Directed Tears" is the crosshair on the ground, where you keep firering, right?
There's also the fat fly, and the weirdly-named tech item that gives you a controlled tear.

Go to options.ini and set mousecontrol (or something like that) to 1.

Don't know why you want to play this anyway when you pretty much ruined yourself of the experience that is actually unlocking the stuff and getting some progress with that blatant cheating.
