Possible Beta/unused/early void floors?

I was playing a standard run of Isaac and I decided to use the dev console to go to the cathederal. I tried typing in "stage 13" and for some reason I ended up in a weird form of the caves. After completing all the rooms (all being 1x2 sized) I then found the boss which was the Mask of infamy.

Curiously, I tried to go higher and stage 14 was the womb. Again, all the rooms were 1x2 in size. The boss of the floor was the Bloat.

Stage 15 was next but that crashes isaac.

Stage 16 however seems to land me in the void floor but I noticed I could enter rooms from the cathederal and Dark room. (albeit the dark rooms didn't have the purple misty background)
Also there was only one boss door of that floor that lead to It lives.

Anyone else come across this strange occurance or am I the only one?
