There a mod to unlock everything?

Because I'm done trying to unlock ♥♥♥♥. Missing Poster just never appears, so no The Lost. Certain challenges are retarded. I just want to play with all the items and characters, ♥♥♥♥ achievements.

Plow King is blatantly lying, and ToastyEngineer is just a sad guy who used a completed savefile and brag about having completed the game by himself.

Haven't tried it myself, so I don't know if it works or not, but people on this thread seems to say that it does.

Now, before doing this, you should consider backing your main profile. That way, you can keep your profile alongside the completed one, and enjoy the full game as well as making your own progress. That's the best way to go in my opinion.

I found it while doing victory laps. Found a gulp pill so I guess the effect of having it stayed on my 4th run. Killed myself on the first sacrifice room I found and it unlocked The Lost. So like others have said, just keep playing. You'll get it eventually.

Yeah? I've found it since unlocking it obviously, I just can't find it NOW that I'm trying to unlock The Lost. I think I counted about 80 or so trinkets in the game as of this expansion and trinkets aren't the most common thing you can find. Because nothing in the game guarrentees a drop of one and very few items will give you a 1/80+ chance at one. And no, I can never find the active item that gives trinkets every 4 rooms either.

AND even if I did get the Missing Poster, a Sacrifice Room also has to spawn which is itself another crap shoot.

RNJeesus can be a ♥♥♥♥♥. still, i suggest doing it yourself. it's the entire point of the game.

I got missing poster. went to kill myself in sac room; got down to 1 health and it tele'd me to delirium floor; haven't seen it since. I'm still going for unlocks.
