but the way duality works is the other dissapears if you choose one, does goat head force the other to stay. sorry i shouldve worded that better.
The thing is, both the devil and angel rooms are actually the same room and can only be generated once per floor - so all it really does is give you a choice as to which every floor, taking the other away as soon as you enter one. The joker card, red chest teleport, or sacrifice room teleport will also lock in the type of room you get if they're used prior to the boss and one of the doors being entered.
To answer the 2nd question, goathead+duality combined will only force the type of room you entered to stay, the other will disappear after one is entered. Not that it would make any difference as the room can only be generated once and even if both stayed they would both lead to the same room, the type being whichever one you entered 1st that floor.
