Just started the daily run... but i've already done this one?

Is the daily run the same as yesterday's today for some reason? I already did this one. I remember starting as Azazel, getting the crow trinket, and getting Marked as the first item.

I thought you couldn't replay dailies? What happens if I leave this one? I'm trying to get the 5 dailies in a row achievement so I don't want to cancel, but I dont want to leave if I've already done this one.

Yeah apparently there are 52 curated dailies this year that are predefined to fall on specific days like christmas and stuff, and todays is groundhog day. I remember this 1 from last year too, i feel like they messed it up and we ended up getting the same daily 3 days in a row last year but i could be completly wrong about that, a years a long time in my memory!

if this counts, i should get my marathon achievement tomorrow. if i dont at least we know it didnt added up and we can start all over with the 31 days. yay!

I really hope it did count, considering how annoying it is already to get win-streaks on the dailies.

Was that why in story based mode I kept getting similar runs today? I got multiple runs where it began with epic fetus followed by chaos. Finally polished off another characters completion chart thanks to those runs

facepalm . . . I didn't think of that! I was actually gonna come on here and ask the same thing.

I just did this daily run on monday (went down and beat delirium), when I played it today, I remembered stuff like the bottle of pills in the first curse room, etc. . . but I just wanted to get the run over with quicker, so I followed it down to the regular goal.

Oh, wait a second. I just realized it's the exact same one from yesterday without even checking. So now that I am (as I'm commenthing this) in the same daily run, if I complete it, does it count for The Marathon achievement???

as for "marathon", I dunno, but I can confirm that it counts toward the 5 wins in a row achievment, so it probably does count toward the 31 days achievment as well.

I know because today's run (feb 3) was my 5th win in a row, and this one was a doozy, obviously meant to be a streak ruiner, eve, no dps items, no coins, no keys, no bombs, every damage sponge boss showed up . . .daddy long legs saved the run, without him, I would have had to start over.

as for the feb 2 run being a repeat. I am convinced that it was intentional, to be a groundhog day reference. . . makes me realize I still haven't finished playing the ghostbusters game.

if you mean, the 5 wins in a row in daily runs and the one to play 31 dailies in a row, then yeah, there's no condition there that it has to be "different" characters.
the 5 nights at moms achievment is a whole different thing, you need to play single player for that, go in and die to reset your win streak to 0, then do it 5 times with a different character each time , beware on the 5th run, they threw in a trick to spoil your streak right after Mom's foot. . .

Okay, so the five wins in a row of the daily challenges are The Marathon, and the 5 Nights At Mom's is playing normal games with five different characters - got it! Thanks
