i hate moms knife

With all new bosses from ab and ab+ (hush, delirium, ultra greed/greedier and mega satan judt because you need to beat em with everyone for 1001%)
You would like to keep distance and be safe. But with moms knife you need to charge it and then get up close to do good damage.

I mean its good but its like azazels brimstone: strong for base game but startsto loose power with all new bosses.

If you charge up Mom's Knife like Azazel's mini Brimstone, by holding one of the arrow keys down, you can actually get some good range out of it. It seems that if you're having problems with using Mom's Knife, you just need to practice more with it. Get a seed with Mom's Knife, and try to become better at using it

Actually, they are good comments. This guy obviously doesn't know how the charging works, since he says he needs to charge and then get up close.

Eem... yea... that's how this item works. If you haven't good range, some bosses and enemies can be pain in the ass. That's what he mean.

But still. If you're good, this item is amazing (maybe only Delirium fight can be hard).

Maybe i dont get something but i fell even charged range is lower than tear range. This was what i tried to say

But that's not a knife issue, low range is a problem regardless of tear modifiers. In fact the knife is probably the best modifier to have with crappy range (aside from infinite range items, obviously).

moms knife hates you too

I've beaten delerium twice with quad shot mom's knife. He also doesn't like it in his larry jr form.

I've also had strong triple shot + mom's knife runs in AB+

I generally hate the knife myself as I hate most charge up to fire items, but its useful when you need to hush rush, even more so if you didn't get piercing tears. And the knife ain't too bad on hush.
