I played as The Lost, and I carried with me The Left Hand so I could get Guppy items, but on the same floor, there was Curse of the Blind + I also had Chaos, just in case if I get any different items, but I didn't expect this. I was so good that all of the sudden the ♥♥♥♥ decided to pop up without noticing and I blew up - when I get hit before on the same room. I didn't to any other way but the center when the ♥♥♥♥ would pop up, and I didn't see it!!! But that's okay. I just had an ever better game with The Lost and as of know, it was my easist run - as defeating Delirium.
