Inner Eye and Dark Prince's Crown are mediocre at best. I'll take the lead pencil over those without a doubt.

Inner eye is alright unless you already have a terrible tears stat. Its won me a few delerium fights super quickly this week, Inner eye + mom's knife.

Then you're an idiot. Tripling your tear output, and increasing your fire rate are far superior to getting a low-range monstro blast every once in a while. All but useless; I typically reroll the lead pencil for something better.
