Possibility of Mod: Hold 3 Trinkets! (or Cards/Pills)
In one of my runs, I had a Mom's Purse and Belly Buttom,and I was only able to equip 2 Trinkets instead of 3, Mom's Purse and Belly Buttom should give a extra slot for Trinket, not just give a Secondary Slot.

And in another run, I had Polydactyly and Deep Pockets, but I still could only hold 2 Pills/Cards

Someone could do a Mod to make those Synergies happen!... or hope they actually get added in a Update

A trinket work around might be that if you get both mom's purse and the belly button. A gulp pill drops. And gulp pills are now added to the pill rotation.
