Achievements not unlocking

Hi everyone I just bought the binding of Isaac: Rebirth yesterday and unlocked all characters except for the lost, and many other achievements. But when I go to my steam it says those achievements are still unlocked. Is there a way to fix this?

Steam have some hiccups sometimes.

Options -> secrets.
Go there, you should unlock missing achievements.

I'm having the same issue and could use a fix. Could you elaborate on this process because i cant find a secrets tab under options and the secrets tab under stats doesn't help.

The process is to just go to that tab, secrets and/or items usually do the trick. Make sure Steam is running, give it a few seconds. And maybe try again later if it doesn't work immediately.

And yes, it's under stats, not options.

I opened the secrets tab a few times and it didn't work so looked through my unlocked secrets and it says I don't have the ones in question unlocked although I have the completion marks to prove i've done the task. I've tried completing the achievement requirements a second time and it still didn't work. Any other suggestions?

Which secret precisely (its number) and which mark do you have (screenshot)?

I'm missing #202, 204, and 316. I should also have 327 and 328 but those arent completion mark achievements. I dont know how to post a screenshot but i have all the completion marks done.

202, 204 and 316 require you to kill Ultra Greed, which means you have to beat Greed mode.
However.
Completing Greedier mode does NOT unlock Greed mode rewards. I guess you did Greedier only with those characters (Lost, Keeper and Apollyon, in that order).
So there's no bug. You know what to do now.

327 is a tough one, you must kill the Lamb without taking any heart, bomb or coin (even those dropped by cards or whatever). Using the seed G0NE S00N can help, it makes pickups disappear over time and doesn't prevent unlocks (so you won't get one by mistake if you take it slow).

328 is really easy to get. See that R key on your keyboard? Keep it pressed until the achievement pops up.

I just tried a greed run with one of the characters and I got the achievement. Thanks a ton dude, I couldn't've done it without you.

I know I'm bumping a 4 year old topic, but I can't believe I didn't think of this before! I had some missing items/achievements that I know I completed and were showing up as completed on the completion marks screen, but the item and achievement wasn't unlocking. I found this topic and this ended up working. Thank you!

Thx, i used to be a "pirate" so... just u to know, according to steam i`ve unlocked forgoten and bone hearts and then after 10 more minutes 290+ other achievements)

Where is the options section? Note: I used da rules to grab the missing poster for lost, and now it says I only have lost and ace of hearts. This might be a da rules problem.

I got all the achievements and unlocked all the items but it's stuck on Dead god and plat god. Someone please help me. the Stats>Secrets trick didn't work. :(

Did you also fill up the item list? (Main menu -> stats -> items)
To add an item there, unlocking it isn't enough. You have to pick it up during a run.
