Does every level has a golden item room?
And does it mean that you get better items in later levels? Or is it randomly generated? like for example, can i get one of the best items early on in the first level, and get a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ item in the last level? Or it works chronologically?

Each floor up to floor 6 has a Treasure Room (requiring a key, except the first one). Later floors don't.
Items in them are random. There is no rule about how good they are when you find them. You can get good items at the start and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ones later, the opposite, or even only good items or only bad ones. Random.

Since OP asked in another thread if it was a good idea to get AB now (while not having unlocked any ending yet), I assumed this information wasn't that important.

Still, you're right. Let's just precise this trinket is added by Afterbirth+ though (and has to be unlocked).

Edit:
And while we're at exceptions, I forgot to mention some challenges do not have any, as part of the challenge.

ahh yea i found challenge to have none of the treasure rooms. and the unlock items and stuff are super vague in, at least, rebirth.

i got the notes suddenly that i unlocked something which i dont even know what it is. does afterbirth+ addresses this in a better way in a sense that u can view what u unlock specifically?

I kinda also wanna know which items and bosses came from rebirth, afterbirth, or afterbirth+, does the game (afterbirth+) include a list of items and bosses that tells exactly if its dlc or not?

sorry im asking so many questions lol. im deciding whether i should just play afterbirth+ because it includes everything from rebirth and afterbirth. or should i play rebirth first :/

and the fact that if afterbirth+ contains a clearer data for unlocks, items, and enemies, i would probably just buy afterbirth+

You won't get anything clearer about unlocks or items within the game. For that, you'll have to check wikis. There is a bestiary in Afterbirth+ though.

Afterbirth+ has indeed all content from Afterbirth and Rebirth (and Afterbirth includes all stuff from Rebirth), since it is an expansion. However, the DLC also add enemies and bosses than can be tougher for new players. That's why I usually advice to wait until you actually know how to play properly (unlock some late endings) before getting any DLC.

Link to the two most popular (and useful) wikis:
http://platinumgod.co.uk/ (mostly for items)
http://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Binding_of_Isaac:_Rebirth_Wiki (for everything)
