Afterbirth/Afterbirth+ achievements

Hi all!
Anyone know if achievements from Afterbirth transfer over to Afterbirth+? I was playing regular old Afterbirth, and unlocked several achievements (like D6) but when I went back to Afterbirth+, and started with Isaac, he didn't start with the D6? Do I have re-unlock it in Afterbirth+?

Saves aren't shared by the different versions of the game. Two options:
1) Do it again in Afterbirth+.
2) Go to stats, press alt+f2. The game will read your achievements and unlock things accordingly. However, marks (completion marks in the character selection screen of crossed out challenges) won't appear (their unlock are still unlocked). You'll have to do the things again to get the marks back.

I'm confused now. When I bought afterbirth plus it kept my acheivments. So it is shared for me?

No.
When you install AB+, the game creates a new save file for that DLC copying the previous (AB) data.
