Does Gemini give Double item rewards?
I have the following items. Lucky Rock, Gemini, Broken Modem, Big Fan, Obsessed Fan, Synthoil, The Screw, Holy Light, Relic, Cube of Meat, Fanny Pack, Safety Pin, Key Piece 2, Wooden Nickel, and Silver Dollar.

I keep Completing rooms, and getting 2 consumable drops, similar to the Contract From Below. I am not getting hit, and since im playing Keeper, Relic would only "drop" flies anyway.

JXPV KWH3 for those curious as to what the seed is.

Cant figure out what else could be doing it.

That would be Broken Modem. It has a chance to double pickups, because it supposedly "glitches" them. You may have high luck, giving it a higher chance.

Ah, nice catch. I was wondering what they were referencing with "lagged pickups". I guess case closed.
