Items/characters not unlocking

Recently(after i bought afterbirth+), i have had a problem with items and characters not unlocking. When i do a run, it doesn't count. The same happens when i do challanges. I have tried verifying the game integrity, and reinstalling the game. Im not running any mods.

I don't use seeds. The win count does not update as i win

If you start a game and there is a Trophy crossed out on the left, it means you either have: Mods on or special seeds on.

Thanks! I had missinghud enabled actually, though i do not remember enabling it.

MissingHUD2 (Rebirth and Afterbirth) can't prevent unlocks.
FoundHUD (Afterbrith+, options menu, built-in version of MH2) can't either.

Yeah i don't know, but it was enabled anyway (it is the only mod i have installed). I use foundHUD now.

i did the correct stuff for the forgotten and the lost but when i died in a sacrifice room the paper did not come on screen

You should check if you have any mods enabled and disable them if so.
