The Binding of Isaac Rebirth - I Can't unlock challenge 11
I Have 260h on The Binding of Isaac and have beaten lokii countless times and still dont have the challenge. Help.

Check the wiki. You gotta do Challenge #19, called Family Man. Family Man is one hell of a challenge, and if you didn't unlock that yet, you get it by collecting both Key Pieces in one run. You get key pieces from either the Sacrifice Room or blowing up angel statues in Angel Rooms, and you can only do this after defeating the Chest or Dark Room at least once.

TL;DR: You have to beat Challenge 19 first.

Dude thx for the help but i've beaten every other challenge, re-instaled the game. I'm lost.

Did you beat lokii after the last update (it was bugged before that) in the bossroom (defeating him anywhere else does not count)?
Also your save file might be bugged, if you beat him while the bug was still in. You could try to beat him on another save file and Alt+F2 the secret into your first one.
