the PS1 version also had a town builder and dating sims attached.
Are you telling me the ps1 version was incomplete!? Why!!??
If its a memory issue am sure a 2 disc box would've worked!
I remember playing Heart of Darkness and because i was young i didn't understand that you need to replace the disc while the game is still on! was 5~6 year old at the time!
We really need a re-release or remaster of the FULL game we never got here. It was such a good fun game! I remember being disappointed so many things never went anywhere and not knowing why until later. The GBC version included more of the missing stuff, but nowhere near all of it. That era of gaming was still crazy odd with localization.
As to this game it doesn't remind me much of Azure dreams. It looks and kind of feels like an attempt at a mobile collector game that changed directions to be single player. It hasn't been been BAD so far, but not great either. Oh, and I'm playing on the switch hence no play time on steam.
The GBC version added more dungeon content that wasn't in any PS1 version of Azure Dreams, but at the cost of less content outside of the dungeon.
Well Azure Dreams is a roguelike monster catcher.
This looks more like Harvest Moon meets Monster Rancher.
It's actually crazy that I still remember the stage music for Azure Dreams.
