yeah spent £30 for a 'chance' to unlock that operator skin, all i got was lousy sprays and voice lines/emotes. not even a weapon skin. i should be able to buy the pack entirely for a fixed price, not pay for tickets which btw become progressively more expensive, just for you to get a random item from the pack at the time! i wish i knew better before buying said ticket. should not be legal.
