You want people to advertise your game and give you positive reviews, but you require 1,000 subscribers on YouTube/Twitch and TikTok, I'd understand if this was going to be a $30+game, but it's being said that its "free-to-play"

Streamers with 1,000+ don't need your help to grow, they already have a following and this gives you a bad look. If anything, you need THEM to grow, and get people to play your game and stream it, show it off, which means more funding. but sure, help "grow your community" with a baseline 1,000 requirement. (just checked again, you do not say this ANYWHERE on your Creator Hub, and the website won't let you click on anything beyond signing up until you are approved of having their requirements, which also pops-up for 3 seconds, then disappears.)

Wow, Is this Creators Hub is like Steam Workshop for Delta Force: Hawk Ops that an ordinary participants can make Game Modes including customization of 3D Models to be implement inside the game? It seems that I can participate too, with the developer's tool. I have been Moding War Games like Arma 3 and SQUAD for 6 years now. Hoping that all my 3D Model Works, will improve the gaming experience of players by utilizing with the product of my imagination. I'm Planning to integrate my previous works inside this War Game including my 3D Models from ARMA 3 and Squad including Frigates and Submarines
