lethal substance skin

Does the Lethal Substance skin for the medic only appear visible to teammates?
If so, that feels like a scam. Why didn’t the developers warn us about this?
What’s the point of such a skin then? Might as well start selling main menu backgrounds.

Is it possible to request a refund for this skin?

! ! ! UPD: We are only talking about the Medic skin. I see the skins for Dwolf and Haklow all the time, but I have never seen a Medic skin even once.

Did you see that in the game, the opponent had the "Lethal Substance" skin on the medic?
I've never seen it myself, it's like only teammates can see that skin.

In Operations only teammates can see skins, in Warfare everyone can see it.
They likely did this so you can tell what kind of armor the enemy is wearing at all times

To be honest, the number of enemy players who use the Stinger is really small. The skin is affordable, but only if you’ve either saved up all 3,500 Delta Tickets for it or spent $45. Honestly, it wouldn’t make any sense if we couldn’t see it—especially considering we can see skins like Hackjaw, D. Wolf, and Vyron’s. So why should this one be any different?

Actually I remember to see more subrosa and hawkclaws enemies in operstions than in warfare

The question is not about Subrosa or Hawkclaws!!! I've said a hundred times that I'm talking about the Lethal Substance medic! I even wrote in the title of this post that it's specifically about the medic!
