As we approach the Alpha, only that is currently know.
Future release plans are tba.

The PC Alpha Test will focus on North America and Europe (including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Ukraine, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic).

So you probably will see server based around these common locations.
For NA that would be around Chicago, Illinois, United States, Canada or Virginia.
For Europe that would be probably, Frankfurt Germany, Paris France or Amsterdam Netherlands.

But no exact details known yet.
