How to sell Mandlebrick

I don't understand the market system in the game.
There are 3 currencies:
Delta coins (bought with real money)
Mandle coins (not sure where they come from???)
Delta-Tickets (to sell or buy skins etc.)

I want to sell a Mandlebrick:
The system tells me (suggestion) 378 Delta Tickets
Actual market transactions are 68 Mandle Coins (or so).

What is the currency conversion factor?
1 Mandle-Coins = 1 Delta Ticket?
There is no information in the game about how much 1 Mandle-Coin is worth in Delta Tickets.

I can only choose a Delta Ticket value, not a Mandle-Coin value, this is crazy?!
If i can only see Mandle-Coin transactions, why i can set a Delta Ticket price????!?!?!?!?!

So can anyone explain to me how to trade?

Delta Coins, Delta Tickets, Mandle Coins have a 1/1 conversion.

But, there are stuff that can't be purchased with delta tickets, that must be purchased with Delta Coins.

So spending Delta Coins into Mandle Coins can make you to put real money again because you can't get Delta Coins with Delta Tickets.
