Detected Graphics Drivers out of date, please update for best experience / Graphics Card Does not meet minimum requirements

Rtx 4060. Latest game ready drivers. Launched from Steam, when I try to play the Black Hawk down DLC I Get this error message. "Detected Graphics Drivers out of date, please update for best experience ". I also installed via Epic and I get this message "Graphics Card Does not meet minimum requirements, unable to download the game (7830032). The game runs warefare and Operations no problem. Game also plays fine on my wifes laptop. I have tried updating the drivers, rolling back the drivers. Running as admin etc. Anyone else having problems? anyone know of a fix?

same problem here I've done about everything the same as you said but still nothing hope they fix it

Its annoying. What's frustrating it plays on my wife's laptop and I can play the other game modes. Fingers crossed they fix it soon

The latest Patch is allowing me to play the DLC now, howver in windowed mode and my keys remapping are not the same as the base game.
