Add Betting to hot zone

Currently hot zone is only for practice. It is a fun mode but not a lot of people play as you get nothing for it.

Allow players to add items (based on their color tier) to a pot and then play a match which the winning team can then access and either loot or just split the take (based on sum of all items). Matches could have requirements of only a specific color of item allowed. So you can enter a purple tier match, gold tier match, etc...
Winners get their entry item back.

loot option - would just be winning players loot a chest.
split the take option - could assign even payout or a scaled payout based on performance.

Would also be another way for players to find season mission items.
