Dowloading. Please wait… Black hawk down menu
Download the dlc and on the black hawk down menu can’t play anything just says downloading. Please wait… 30minutes later still not loading?

I have the same issue, restarting the game and launching Steam with administrator privileges didn't help.

Had same issue. go to Store page in Steam for new download. Black Hawk Down not Delta Force.

Thanks Mysteron! Searched the store for 'Black Hawk Down' which is different to the regular Delta Force store page, hit download and now it's actually downloading.

go to the steam store and do it there. I couldn't figure it out for a long time either)
