Game Stuck at 83%

So I'm able to beat the first part of Irene then when we load the second part it will stay stuck at 83% anybody else similar with fixes?

Same, only retrying 2-3 times fixed this.
Game is burning CPU and motherboard VRM.
Completely not optimized crap.

Great. Looked at it around midday local, goes live 2pm, fantastic! Will be ready for after work.
And then...Steam didn't kick it off automatically - oh look I say at almost 6pm (now that I want to play the campaign) - it's a totally separate download of another 30GBs!!! Why TF did you not allow us (or at least ask) to preload it, you muppets???
