When you look at an attachment scroll down on the pop out stat screen and click details. Now enjoy comparing each attachment to see how they specifically effect the gun. That detail page shows the bullet pattern, ads times, hip fire spread, etc. You can also see it by clicking the box with 3 horiz lines when modifying a weapon.

control = spray control (reduce the difficulty the higher you allocate the point)
stability = crosshair or reticle stability (the higher the more stable)
accuracy = how accurate your weapon is when you point and click at something

Accuracy only affects hipfire so is pretty much useless
