Any way to change server location/region?

I'm always stuck on European servers no matter what throughout the day, even though there is a server located in my home country.

I don't take a long time to search (i.e the matchmaking range doesn't get expanded) and yet I still get matchmade to EU, nowhere else.

how do I change this?

I also can't change the server. When registering I chose my country, but the ping is 250+

now im try play feeling good but ping 280+ maybe its fake ping

You guys need to fix Oceana server. only A&D mode is working. other modes just time out after 15 minutes.
