Then open your start menu and type "%appdata%" without the quotations. After hitting "enter" on your KB, it will open a folder with a path like this "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming". In that folder you will see some other folders. Delete anything starting with "df_" because that's what delta force uses for some reason.
After you do that, reinstall the game and you will not have any login issues. At least, this is what worked for me. It's just the two installs of the game conflicting with each other.
